Leaders lead people, managers manage tasks. Business and life require that you find a way to manage the day to day and yet lead the masses. These are 2 totally different things and require different skill sets. We buy books, listen to podcasts, hire coaches and a host of other tactics hoping that we will wake up as "great leaders". While all of these tools are essential to the success of leading people, the discovery that there is more to the equation can be challenging...each person is created unique in their own way and require something different. We will explore the fundamentals that leading people starts first by leading ourselves, and knowing who we really are; and secondly, focusing on the needs of others by keeping it real for them.
Let's talk about the REAL challenges that each of us face every day at work, at home and in our communities as we lead our lives. Join us for the REAL conversation.
