Chief Operating Officer, Microbiologics
During her 35-year career at Microbiologics, Donna Scholer has risen through the ranks by taking on many different roles. Donna’s path to her current role as Chief Operating Officer included positions in Customer Service, Research and Development, Shipping, Specialty Production, and Packaging to name a few. Donna’s long tenure at Microbiologics demonstrates that there are always opportunities for growth within an organization if you are willing to work hard and continuously learn. Understanding change, and how to adapt, has been Donna’s greatest strength over the course of her career. Donna recognized opportunities to learn new roles as Microbiologics expanded and jumped at the chance to take on leadership positions.
Her passion for equal opportunity is put into action by being a member of Granite Equity Partner’s Diversity and Inclusion Affinity Group.
