Kathy Wulf-Tays’ career and leadership have been marked by service to others. A passion for helping organizations build foundations around the people has driven her 20-year career in customer service, business development and culture building.
Kathy spent most of her career in the printing industry, leading customer service teams for WorldColor/Quad Graphics in Lincoln, Nebraska, and St Cloud, Minnesota. In recent years, she has brought her business planning, continuous improvement and customer service skill sets to various organizations. She assists teams in developing processes and providing training focused on “building people” to drive key outcomes
Kathy is a seasoned trainer known for her ability to keep it real, engaging and focused on results.
She grew up in Iowa and received her bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University. She lives in Sartell with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys pool parties, watching college football and traveling to new places.
